Company Description

Aspire is a media platform designed to harness your intention rather than harvest your attention. Aspire's flagship product is Swing, a screen time blocker that trolls you out of your mindless scrolling. What we've learned is that a small, funny nudge is all you need to stop doomscrolling.

Role Description

We are seeking a team of approximately 10 students to help us grow Swing's online social media presence. This internship is a combination of hands-on social media publishing, weekly live mentoring, campaign analysis, and a portfolio case study you can showcase. You’ll work directly with the founders to understand the marketing decisions behind real campaigns and help distribute content across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and take ownership of Swing-branded accounts on social media platforms
• Manage the daily publishing of UCG content for each account you own; Swing supplies the finished images/videos, captions, and posting instructions.
• Research relevant trending content formats, and suggest original content formats with viral potential
• You are not expected to film, edit, design, or produce content. However, hands-on development of a content format is heavily encouraged.
• Attend live weekly sessions with the founding team to discuss actual content, discuss creative decisions, and review results
• Build a portfolio case study

Qualifications

• 18 or older and based in the United States.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing account-specific instructions.
• Able to meet the daily posting schedule and attend weekly mentoring sessions.
• Equipped with reliable internet access and devices suitable for publishing across all four platforms.
• Curiosity, reliability, willingness to explain your thinking, and openness to feedback.
