Duties

• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
• Analyze social media performance metrics with tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Support public relations efforts by engaging with followers, managing online reputation, and fostering positive relationships with the community.
• Collaborate on keyword research and SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and digital marketing performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools.
• Willingness to have a flexible schedule.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, web analytics, and marketing online analytics.
• Creativity for posting trending videos to enhance engagement.
• Ability to create visually appealing media content through photography or video editing skills is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing trends, branding strategies, and social media content marketing.
• Interest in mental health is a plus!
