Duties

• Educate clients on various financial services, including securities law,life insurance, wills, trusts, and estate law.
• Support the preparation of financial analysis reports and research to inform client recommendations.
• Promote financial products and services through consultative sales techniques to help clients build wealth and secure their futures.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Stay current on industry regulations, securities law updates, and new financial software tools to ensure compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as investment management, portfolio management, and asset management is encouraged but not required.
• Knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, tax experience, and securities law is highly desirable but not required.
• Basic math skills with the ability to analyze financial data accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients remotely.
• Passion for learning about financial services, banking, accounting, and research methodologies.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational skills.
